About Us
An extension of our shul, the Sisterhood of Congregation Israel has three main functions: raising much needed funds; sponsoring social and educational programs of interest to all members of the congregation; and overseeing a wide range of chesed activities.

CHESED:
- Welcoming guests for Shabbos
- Helping new members feel at home in Springfield and providing them with a special welcome gift
- Coordinating meals for members undergoing life transitions, etc.
- Weekly Tehillim group
