About Us

An extension of our shul, the Sisterhood of Congregation Israel has three main functions: raising much needed funds; sponsoring social and educational programs of interest to all members of the congregation; and overseeing a wide range of chesed activities.

• Get Organized: A Professional Organizer gives tips to De-Clutter
• Self Defense Demonstration

CHESED:

• Welcoming guests for Shabbos
• Helping new members feel at home in Springfield and providing them with a special welcome gift
• Coordinating meals for members undergoing life transitions, etc.
• Weekly Tehillim group
